Abstract Submission

Please send your abstracts to symposium e-mail address [email protected]

The preferable submitted abstracts and full papers language is English, but Turkish will be also acceptable.

The last date for abstract submission is August 5th.

Full papers

Your papers will be accepted after per-reviewing by our Scientific Committee then it will exist in our symposium program and will direct to printings for our symposium book of abstracts and full paper.

The preferable submitted abstracts and full papers language is English, but Turkish will be also acceptable.

The sending full text papers for symposium will be published in International Scientific Journal or Symposium Proceeding Book after our symposium is completed.

Publication

Selected full papers related to food science, nutrition or gastronomy will be published in Toros University Journal of Food, Nutrition and Gastronomy (JFNG) (https://jfng.toros.edu.tr/jfng)

For full papers which you want to publish in the journal, please look journal web pages for publishing rules given the journal links in the above.

If you choose to publish in Journal please submit directly until August 30th; as free of charge.
